Test before shippment
1, Each Generator Set shall be put into commission more than 4 hours totally, tested on idleload, fully load and 10% overload.
2, Noise level shall be tested.
3, All of the meters on the control panel shall be tested.
4, The appearance of the Set and the label, nameplate shall be tested. "
Voltage available: 50Hz: 380-400-415V/ 220-230-240V; 60Hz: 220-380-416-440-480V/ 110-208-220-240V. Any special voltage is also available as cilent's request.
Packing & Warranty
Packing: Wooden, Plywood or Metal Case.
Delivery Time: Less than 25 working days after receiving prepayment.
Warranty: One year or 1, 000 hours from the date of shippment
(15 Months or 1, 200 hours for Alternator Part).
Our warranty standard is higher than most manufacturers for about 25%, because we are confident in our strict test and quality management during each step of manufacture.
Control System:
Basic control system, the basic type control system is provided with a current meter, a volmeter, a frequency meter, an oil pressure guage, a water thermometer and indicator lights on the control cabinet and 4 additional protection fuctions are to be provided as required by customers.
Optional AST & ATS Control System:
AST (Automatic Start Type Control System), Optional Automatic Start Type System is provided with a 101A control module or a DACT704 module with LCD display. When there is an interruption in the commercial power supply (or there is a start signal in other generator sets), this generator set will, subject to time delay acknowledgement (0-30 S adjustable), be automatically started (1-8 times adjustable). In addition, it is provided with a basic protection function and digital or meter indication of voltage, current, frequency and rotation speed parameters.
ATS (Automatic Transfer System), The optional system is provided with a fully automatic transfer switch, a control electric apparatus and an indicator light on the control panel and is coordinated with an automatic type contral cabinet, thus serving the fuction of automatic changeover between the power supplied by the grid and the power generated by the genset. Mobile Power Station Generator Details: 1, Traction: A movable latch hook, flexible in rotation and convenient in operation. 2, Braking: Provided with a reliable air brake interface and a hand-operated brake system, ensured in traveling safety. 3, Support: To ensure the stable operation of the power station, in 4R mechanical or a hydraulic supporting device is provided(optional) 4, Door and Window: Ventilation windows are installed in the front and rear, and uplifted doors are provided at both the sides and in the rear. 5, Carriage, a passage is provided in the carriage, so as to be convenient for the operator to look around and conduct operation and maintenance. 6, Appearance: High molecular polyester paint is adopted with its color being decided by customers; upper or lower exhaust pipe is used to ensure beautiful appearance; the outside of the carriage is decorated as required by customers. 7, Fire-fighting: Two fire extinguishers are provided(optional)
