     Packaging & Shipping   Test before shippment - Each Generator Set shall be put into commission more than 4 hours totally, tested on idle load, fully load and 10% overload - Noise level shall be tested. - All of the meters on the control panel shall be tested. - The appearance of the Set and the label, nameplate shall be tested. " -Voltage available: 50Hz: 380-400-415V/ 220-230-240V; 60Hz: 220-380-416-440-480V/ 110-208-220-240V. Any special voltage is also available as cilent's request. Packing - Packing: Wooden Case, Plywood or Metal Case.       Customized canopy         Control system Manually, AST, ATS and Sync paralle control system are optional   1. Control system manually is the basic control system with simulative current, volmeter and frequency meter. And it also has an oil pressure guage, a water thermometer and indicator lights on the cabinet. 4 additional protection function can be provided by customer's requirements. This kind of control system is made by our own company. 2. AST control system means Antomatic type control system. When there is an interruption from the commercial power supply or the mains( or a start signal from another generator set), this generator will subject to time delay acknowledgement(0-30 S adjustable) and be started automatically (1- 8 times adjustable). It is provided with a basic protection function and digital display indication of voltage, current and frequency. And the rotation speed parameters are added. Popular brand: Deepsea; Smartgen 3. ATS means Automatic transfer system. There is a fully transfer switch in this system. A control electric apparatus and an indicator light on the control panel is coordinated an automatic type control cabinet, thus serving the function of changover between power supplied by grid and the power generated by genset automatically. Popular transfer switch brand is Suyang and Aisikai. 4.Sync parallel control system can connect 2~8 sets generator set together. Thus the power could be much more higher. For excample, there are 2 sets 1000KW diesel generator. The power can be 2000KW after using this Sync parallel control system.
